Warhammer: The Horus Heresy RPG 9

The creators of the epic Wrath and Glory RPG have an exciting announcement – a Horus Heresy RPG is on the way from Cubicle 7. Here’s the pitch – the game opens with the infamous betrayal at Isstvan, after which you’re thrown straight into the maelstrom as Legionary Consuls leading a rag-tag warfleet bent on survival and vengeance.
Your first priority is to escape, harried by traitors bent on your destruction. But what then? How will you survive and regroup? How do you overcome the shock of betrayal and keep your forces supplied? Perhaps most importantly – who can you trust?
Your primary character is one of these Consuls, but you’ll also create a secondary character, such as a Naval commander from your fleet, a Remembrancer assigned to record your achievements, or an Iterator tasked with enlightening newly compliant worlds with the Imperial Truth. You’ll play these characters when their particular skills are required, or if your Consuls need to split up.
The game is expected in Spring 2026, and you’ll be able to pre-order it later this year. Fans of Warhammer: The Old World can also look forward to the imminent release of an RPG set in this specific time period, also from Cubicle 7.

Mais, mais, wtf ???

Mmmm bon, va falloir voir. Plusieurs personnages, ça paraît, étrange.

Ca bouge du côté de Warhammer et W40k JdR mais comme je ne lis qu'en français j'ai le temps de voir venir

Vu le pitch, ça me fait penser au pendant "Âge of Sigmar", mais dans l'univers 40K, ou plutôt 30K.

Je prendrais sans doute vu que je suis faible, mais j'ai de gros doutes sur la proposition ludique.

On aura donc Warhammer Fantasy Roleplay, Warhammer: The Old World, Warhammer: Soulbound, Warhammer: Wrath & Glory, et maintenant Warhammer: The Horus Heresy ?

Je suis joie ! Apres faire 2 persos dans le cadre d'une campagne militaire, ça me rappelle Band of Blades où on decide de la mission au début en tant qu'officier et on part en aventure avec un soldat. ou dans Dieux Enemis, ou on fait un dien et un heros... même si les mecaniques sont differentes. En tout cas l'idée me plait ! Tout comme celle d'un JdR The Old World.

Il y a aussi Impérium Maledictum dans l'univers de W40k, où l'on joue des agents de l'inquisition

L'époque et le contexte sont très différents d'Imperium Maledictum.

Bon, par contre, ça va faire un peu embouteillages, vue le nombre de jeux dans ces univers. En espérant que Cubicle 7 tienne le choc.

Le remake de FFG...
